Microsoft Releases “We’re In” Bing App

Microsoft Unleashes a new Bing app named “We’re In for Windows Phone“ which which helps users organize get-togethers.

The Bing Team on the blog revealed details about the app.

"We’re In makes organizing get- together’s, carpooling and trying to find people in a crowd a breeze. Any time you want to see where your friends are—We're In can help you. It's simple, invite your friends, and when they join, they'll see your location and you'll see theirs. When the invite expires, so does the shared location – no complicated process to worry about.

We’re In is a great way to save time and frustration when planning your roadtrip or meeting your friend at the mall – helping you connect with your friend faster. Let’s take a closer look at the new We’re In product features and how they work."

App is simple to use, you can use your phone number to sign up. After singing in you can invite your friends from your contact list to share your location with each other providing restriction for why and how much time.

After sharing info your friends receive a text message with details and then they can join in via the invite.

After joining in you can see your friends location on the map.

There after there are many things you can do with the app:
1. Update status message.
2. People tab to see status.
3. Leave in tab to stop sharing.
4. Location view
and many more cool stuff you can do with the app.

This App “We’re In” is available to download for Windows Phone.

Pros of Application:
They reduce the amount of required interactions in order to make getting information extremely quick and extremely simple.

Restrictions:
1. Not available for all devices.
2. Only available to US

Verdict:
Since Microsoft is working hard to enhance the user experience for Windows phone, this app enhances the user experience in very easy way.

Microsoft promises to bring app for more devices, will it be available?
